We would recommend booking the Premier Inn Nottingham North (Daybrook) hotel, which is 2.5 miles/5 mins drive from Sherwood Glade.
Bookings open 1 year in advance of the wedding date.

Q: What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow plenty of time for parking, finding your seat and settling in before the wedding begins.
Q: Is parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at the venue. You are welcome to leave vehicles overnight, please ensure they are collected by 10am the following day.
Q: Are transportation services available?
Uber and local taxi firms operate in the area.
Q: What is the dress code?
Formal wedding attire. We'd love everyone to get dressed up in their finest gladrags, but most importantly, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Please bear in mind that much of the celebration will take place on grass, so sensible footwear is recommended.
Q: Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors (weather permitting).
The wedding breakfast, speeches and evening entertainment will take place inside a tipee. As British weather can be famously unpredictable, we'd recommend bringing an extra layer/sensible footwear. Should the weather forecast look terrible, we will hold the ceremony inside the tipee and hire additional gazebos and tents for the venue.
Q: When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP before 29th May 2027 so we can finalise arrangements with our vendors.
Q: Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
Q: Can I bring my children?
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration.
Q: Will there be meal options for dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Q: Will alcohol be served?
We'll be providing drinks after the ceremony, during the meal and for the wedding toasts. Beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase throughout the evening from the bars on site.
Q: Should I bring a gift?
Celebrating with our family and friends is the greatest gift on god's green earth. With this in mind we do not wish to receive gifts, however any contributions towards our honeymoon fund would be gratefully received.
Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask guests to enjoy our ceremony and keep phones and cameras away until the reception.
