We would recommend booking the Premier Inn Nottingham North (Daybrook) hotel which is 3 miles/6 mins drive from Sherwood Glade. Bookings open 1 year in advance of the wedding date.

Q: What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and seating.
Q: Is parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at the venue.
Q: Are transportation services available?
We will be providing a coach from Sherwood Glade to the Premier Inn at 11pm.
Q: What is the dress code?
Formal wedding dress. We encourage guests to dress comfortably while celebrating with us. Although we would like everyone to get dressed up in their gladrags, please wear what makes you comfortable and bear in mind that our reception takes place on grass. Please wear appropriate footwrar.
Q: Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is due to take place outdoors. The wedding breakfast and live music will take place inside a tipee. Please plan accordingly for weather and footwear.
Q: When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 29th June 2027 so we can finalize arrangements with our vendors.
Q: Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to venue capacity, only guests listed on the invitation are included in our celebration.
Q: Can I bring my children?
No. Sorry.
Q: Will there be meal options for dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Please note any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Q: Will alcohol be served?
We will provide you with liquid refreshments on arrival at Sherwood Glade, during the wedding reception and toasting drinks for any speeches. Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase throughout the evening from the bar.
Q: Should I bring a gift?
Celebrating with our family and friends is the greatest gift on god's green earth. With this in mind we do not wish to receive gifts, however any contributions towards our honeymoon fund would be gratefully received.
Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask guests to enjoy our ceremony and keep phones and cameras away until the reception.
